From the driver's seat to leading a vibrant team in the event decor industry, my journey has been anything but ordinary. It all began with a role that many might overlook, but for me, it was the gateway to a world of opportunity and learning. Working closely with a mentor who was not only an owner of a wedding venue but also a guiding light, I absorbed invaluable lessons in entrepreneurship, customer satisfaction, and the intricate art of event management.
My mentor taught me more than just the ropes of the business; she instilled in me a philosophy that has become the cornerstone of my approach: the importance of humility, the pursuit of customer satisfaction above all, and the belief that monetary gain follows genuine service. These principles fueled my passion and led me to establish my own decor company.
Starting with modest birthday parties and handling decorations single-handedly, I embarked on a journey of growth and learning. Over the years, this journey has transformed from a solo endeavor to a collective voyage with a dedicated in-house team of 40 members, who are more like family. Together, we've celebrated over 5000 events, weaving magic into weddings, corporate parties, birthday celebrations, and more, each event a testament to our commitment and love for what we do.
